BOOKING & CANCELLING

What happens after I book a food tour?
You will receive an automated confirmation email with your booking details and meeting point.

What is included in the tour price?
The price includes food (appetizer, main dish, dessert) and one drink at the first stop at the bar. Any additional dishes or drinks will incur an extra charge, payable separately.

What is the cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds up to 48 hours before a scheduled tour begins. Refunds and exchanges are not available after that cut off. All the details about our cancellation policy can be found here.

How can I cancel or reschedule my tour?
You can cancel or reschedule by emailing hi@bee-yond.ch to us. Cancellations or rescheduling are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the tour's start. This policy is in place due to pre-ordered tables and food.

Can I get a refund if I am too late?
As the food is pre-ordered and paid for, refunds are not available after a tour operates. Guests are welcome to join a tour late and can communicate with our office: hi@bee-yond.ch

Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, fill out the form and receive your gift card by email within 24 hours, ready to print at home.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, the tour must be booked online, typically at least 3-4 days in advance. The earlier, the better.

TOUR LOGISTICS

Where do the tours start?
The meeting point will be provided upon booking and confirmed in a reminder email before the tour.

How do I know where to go next?
The food tour starts at 6 p.m. CET (sharp). After 40 minutes, you will receive the next instructions on where to go via email, depending on your preference.

How long do tours last?
Tours last approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours, with some flexibility at the last location.

How much walking is involved?
The locations are 10-15 minutes apart by walking. Please wear comfortable shoes, not high heels, due to the cobblestones.

Are tours held in bad weather?
Yes, tours operate regardless of weather conditions.

Are tours only in English?
Currently, our tours are in English and German. 


FOOD

Can I book a tour as vegetarian or vegan person?
We happily accommodate vegetarians. Vegan options may be more limited, but please be sure to let us know your dietary preferences when booking.

What if I can not eat  the dish that will be served?
It is essential to inform us of any intolerances when booking the tour. Failure to do so may lead to undesirable situations. All guests are responsible for providing the necessary
information to ensure we can tailor the tour to your needs.

Is alcohol included?
At the first location, the price includes an alcoholic drink at a handpicked bar. After that, alcoholic beverages will be charged separately.
